Fair-workplace.com: More Information
Do You Want Us To Review Your Potential Claim? If you want us to review your potential claim, please click here, fill out the form, and press send once you are finished. The data on the form will not be encrypted and thus is not necessarily confidential. If you are not comfortable with this, then you can mail us the form or call our intake coordinator, Marie Stanescu, with the information and she will fill out the form for you. You can contact Marie Stanescu by e-mail at mstanescu@fair-workplace.com, by telephone at 206-447-2262, by fax at 206-447-0215, or by mail at Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C., 1601 – 5th Avenue, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98101.
After the form is filled out, one of our attorneys will review it and then we will get back to you with our decision as to whether we can help you or not. Please keep in mind that filling out the form does not create an attorney-client relationship; we will need to run a conflict of interest check and make a decision whether or not to represent you prior to an attorney-client relationship being formed. Also, if we decide not to represent you, feel free to contact another attorney, as different attorneys may have different views on your case. Be sure to follow up on any claim promptly as there are laws such as the statute of limitations that may bar your claim if you wait too long.
How We Charge. Whether our firm charges on a contingency basis or an hourly basis depends on the amount of the claim, the solvency of the opposing party, the amount of attorney time that we think will be necessary to get a result, and our estimate of the likelihood of success. Before we can represent someone, we need to run a check to be sure we have no conflicts of interest with the individual or the employer.
Employment Articles. We have written a lot of articles on employment law, which you can view by clicking here. At the end of each article is a brief description of the attorney who wrote it and that attorney’s e-mail address in case you want to contact them for more information.

Disclaimer. Nothing on this web page is legal advice, as employment law is far more complicated than this broad, general outline would indicate. Also, your review of this web page and your contact with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorney-client relationships with Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. and any of its attorneys are created only through a written fee agreement or letter from us confirming our representation. We are licensed to practice in Washington State, so if you have an issue in another jurisdiction, you will need to contact someone in your jurisdiction to help you.
